  • Due to the nature of our business, Shop Lace Wigs, does not accept returns on custom units or in-stock units. All stock and custom wigs shipped by Shop Lace Wigs are constructed, inspected and warranted to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship at the time of delivery.

    If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will provide a Shop Lace Wigs store credit. To receive a store credit you must notify Shop Lace Wigs at sales@shopLW.com within one business day of receiving your order. We will review the order and determine if a store credit is required. If approved, further instructions for redeeming a store credit will be provided via e-mail.

    Shop Lace Wigs reserves the right to deny any exchange/return on a wig that has been damaged, worn, styled, adjusted, hair cut, lace cut, hair colored or any change to the custom or stock wig.

    All packages sent to Shop Lace Wigs, must include a copy of the original invoice and be accompanied by the original Shop Lace Wigs packaging. If the package does not contain the required documentation and packaging, the shipment will be returned to the customer without a store credit. Return Shipping is prepaid by the customer. We will invoice you for the shipping plus a 15% restocking fee.

    Only one store credit or exchange per purchase.

    There are no returns on wig supplies, adhesives, tape, solvents, wig mannequins, hair care products or any other accessory.

    A Monetary Refund pertains to order cancellation for Custom Wigs only. Stock lace wig cancellations are eligible for store credit refunds only at the discretion of Shop Lace Wigs, LLC. Cancellations must be submitted via e-mail within 24 hours of order placement. Orders cancelled after 24 hours will be issued a store credit from www.ShopLaceWigs.com to be used for future purchase. In addition, a $45.00 cancellation fee will apply.
